Eli's Mighty Beanz

Eli's personalized Mighty Beanz Storage Case that he is getting from Granny and Grandpa for Christmas.  Shhhh! Don't tell!

Poodle Skirts

For the one hundredth day of school, Molly asked me to make poodle skirts for the twins.  I think the girls really liked them and enjoyed wearing them.  They also wore them for the Fall Festival at Tabernacle Baptist Church.  They wore them on the hayride and got hay all over them - that did not come off!  Soooo, I will be making new ones again next year for the one hundredth day of school!

Weekend Crafts with the Twins

The weekend July 16-19, 2010, the children came to spend the weekend with me.  Mom and Dad brought them on Friday and came back Monday night and ate dinner with Frank and me.  While they were here, Chloe and Caroline and I made some crafts.  I had picked up some Dora buckets and Dora Dry Erase Boards at Target the last time I was there, so we blinged them up a bit.  The pictures of the buckets are a bit fuzzy, but I think you can get the idea of what we did.

We added bling to all the butterflies on the buckets and flowers on the boards.  We cut their names from vinyl using the Mickey Font and added that to the buckets and boards.  We added some ribbon ties on the handles of the buckets.

Would have added more bling to the boards, but they are really going to use them!  They said they were taking the buckets to the beach with them the next time they go.  What fun we had!

Patrick at the Beach for My Pink Stamper Challenge

I made this for the My Pink Stamper Challenge. We were challenged to use the colors brown, pink, orange and green. I will use this layout for pictures of Heath, Eli, Chloe, and Caroline when they are enjoying the beach as much as Patrick seems to be. This was really fun to do, and I look forward to "thinking outside the box" again soon.

Dedication

This blog is dedicated to my grandchildren: Heath, Eli, Chloe, and Caroline in the hopes that they will know just how much I love them and how important they are to me.
